Marketing Lead, Donut

New York, NY. May 2020 – June 2023

● I was Donut’s first dedicated marketing hire, responsible for marketing across the entire customer lifecycle—including freemium, self-service, and enterprise customers— through product marketing, growth marketing, brand, and marcomms.

● I led cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams, while managing external and fractional resources in design, web development, content writing, paid media, SEO, community, and PR.

● Began consulting with Donut in the early months of the pandemic and joined full time in January 2021, creating the Marketing function.


Director of Strategy and Business Development, Bravely

New York, NY. April 2018 – April 2020

● As Bravely’s first dedicated business hire, I built the demand generation, product marketing, sales ops, and business development functions.

● I launched and managed revenue-driving partnerships, including a strategic marketing and channel partnership with SAP’s new Human Experience Management business: from discovery to integration, to joint go-to-market with marketing and field counterparts, through mutual opportunity creation and RFP response.


Product Marketing Manager, The Muse

New York, NY. June 2016 – March 2018

● I originated the B2B Product Marketing function at The Muse after 1 year building business partnerships.

● Exceeded new lead projections via partner co-marketing programs, industry analyst coverage, and a customer testimonial program.

● Led a re-positioning effort through an acquisition and two product launches, translated into new pitch materials, competitive trainings, and sales collateral for the sales team.

● Owned revenue-driving Alliances, including referral partnerships with systems integrators.

● I consistently attained new business quota, specializing in retail, consumer tech, clean energy, and CPG.

● I managed a Sales Development Rep and helped develop processes for the SDR team. Promoted from Sales Development after 1 year; accounts included: Heineken, eBay, Marriott, and Adidas.


Strategist - P&G, Starcom MediaVest

New York, NY. August 2012 – April 2014

● I planned and project-managed the record-breaking Dawn Wildlife digital video campaign, which set benchmarks for a new YouTube/Facebook ad product and future P&G digital video campaigns.

● Created the competitive reporting COE role for the P&G agency team, guiding the client and agency teams as P&G shifted to a 50% digital approach.
